    Sa Brisa, introduced the gastro-bar concept to Ibiza. Haute cuisine at affordable prices is the key for the Catalan couple who recently opened this restaurant in one of the most emblematic places in Ibiza Town: Passeig de Vara de Rey. Their dessert menu is also another innovative offering, with a varied selection of exquisite sweets that can be ordered as tapas, so you can sample several at a time.

    The restaurant , which is open all year, has been completely refurbished, combining homely and welcoming with modern and urban. Think rustic, traditional and simple with sophisticated, elegant and tasteful, not forgetting the coolness of the Mediterranean breeze throughout, which is where the name, Brisa, comes from.
