    Discover the perfect place to enjoy fusion cuisine. Can Cires stands in the heart of the island. This country house with almost two centuries of history has been refurbished and turned into a restaurant, leaving its original style and charm intact.

    All the dishes are prepared with natural produce from the island. They offer as well some excellent Ibizan wines from the region’s vineyards, as well as a great selection of Spanish wines and cavas.
       
    With a friendly atmosphere and personalised attention, lunchtimes and evenings can be enjoyed in various different environments: a tapas bar, separate rooms for private function, and a large outdoor seating area where one can eat in natural surroundings or enjoy a moonlit dinneri.

    Taking advantage of their superb surroundings, they organise walks and bike rides for you to explore such beautiful parts of the island as Cala Aubarca, Santa Inés, San Miguel and Santa Gertrudis. Culture is a strong part of their way of savouring the island. Permanent art exhibitions, talks and gatherings add to the idea that Can Cires is a place of fusion.
