Their experienced sushi chefs
have been making sushi for over 25 years. With many exclusive dishes,
it’s not surprising people travel from around the island to order the Dragon, Ichigo and infamous Hot Sushi, a tantalising tempura combination of salmon, prawns, roe and surimi.
Sushi can be enjoyed in the CBbC Restaurant, Corinita Beach Bar or
Taittinger Lounge or ordered directly from your CBbC Beach Boy to enjoy
on the beach.
