The Restaurant is located in Jesus, a small village close to Ibiza town. It is the perfect place for a romantic or bussiness dinner, or simply to enjoy any time a year.
The name of the restaurant, ASCUA (ember), refers to the embers in the wood stove, where some of their specialities are cooked.
They don't have a set menu, it depends on the season and the fresh products available that they offer different plates and tapas. However, everything tastes better served with a good wine from the wide wine list.
In the wide blackboard, which is hanged inside of the restaurant behind the bar, they display every day the recommendations of the day, as well as their delicious and creative tapas.
